I know here at Healtheo360 we are working hard all day long to do our jobs diligently but like many of you we are mostly confined to a desk all day. Sitting at a desk all day can leave you feeling sore and even can have serious health effects.

 

The solution? Deskercise! Deskercise is exactly what it sounds like- simple exercises that you can do throughout the day at your desk that can help you improve posture and avoid some of the strains you may get from a desk job.

Sitting at the computer all day can take a serious toll on your health, here are just a few examples of what being desk-bound can lead to:
